• make it fun (or you won't keep doing it)
• believe that it is possible – when you know the tools, it is very doable
• control your habits and emotions
• learn – and “capture” - the habits of thin people
• have a compelling future – a reason to succeed
• and several other tools

Most Programs Make These Mistakes

Most weight loss programs out there never get lasting results over time. They may “work” for a while, but then, as you already know, you end up gaining the weight back. And, it is usually more weight than when you started.

That is because:
Starvation – Starvation causes the body's metabolism to slow down. If not properly re-set, your body will “fight” you
Secondary Benefit – Your subconscious mind is very good at getting results. ...Even if your “conscious” mind doesn't like it. For whatever reason, you might be getting subconscious benefit from being overweight. That is the reason behind why you've been sabotaging yourself.
• Again – It has to be fun – and not a task of drudgery – to do the actions that it takes to get thin.
Incomplete – Real weight loss will also include: helping you to connect more with others and your family; adding romance back into your relationship; or whatever else you may need to know in order to feel great thin. That may mean coping skills, communication skills, having that compelling future, etc.

Hypnosis Has Become A Trusted And Respected Method For Motivating People For Their Goals

Hypnosis was approved as a field of medical study back in 1958 by the American Medical Association (AMA). In 1961, they put into effect a 144-hour recommended training for all doctors and medical professionals. (Not all of them get this, because it is an elective. Elective classes might be ones such as pharmaceuticals or physical fitness, for example.) Though the AMA, in 1987, rescinded all (but 2) of its policies ranging from 1881-1958, hypnosis is now taught worldwide. Hypnosis is now taught at major ivy-league universities. It is taught at Harvard, Seton Hall, Columbia College Of Physicians And Surgeons. Our school, in the Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania area, teaches formal hypnosis certification training.

Hypnosis is also used in every branch of the military as well as the social sciences.

But All That Technical Stuff Aside...

Have you ever been driving along, and daydream, and miss a turn? That is very much what hypnosis feels like. It's very normal, very natural, and you tend to hear everything.
